We are looking for someone who is able to work with minimal supervision, can take control of their own work, have a good eye for detail and meet weekly targets. We are looking to grow our production team with num positions available. The job role will involve various processes for the manufacturing of products; such as running digital print machines and decorating garments and bags using our automatic heat presses and maintaining high standards. Full training on our equipment, software and processes is provided. Role and Responsibilities: Daily planning with the production manager and operations team Operating our print finishing equipment and owning the job until it's complete Maintain a clear organisation of print jobs in a fast-paced environment Working from the job board to complete orders correctly to spec Packaging orders in the most efficient way to minimise packaging waste Garment printing and bag printing - t-shirts and hoodies Quality control - every member of our team is quality control but you will have a unique view of what's going through your finishing stations Meeting dispatch deadlines for all orders and properly communicating Keeping your work areas clean and tidy to help maintain order The successful applicant will need to have an interest in design and print, be computer literate and be able to work in a fast paced environment with a positive aptitude for ‘hands on’ production work. Full training will be supplied but attention to detail and being a fast learner is essential. This is an on your feet role with some lifting involved.
