If you were to join our team as a Office Junior, your responsibilities would be: Processing quick turnaround customer specific product orders. Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives. Updating client records, general data entry and database management. Answering the phone, taking messages, and dealing with first line queries. Communicating internally important feedback from customers. Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails. To plan and create social media posts suitable for a variety of channels. Using simple graphic design tools to create images for social media. Testing and supporting in-house systems and applications. Any other ad hoc Admin tasks. Management of key accounts, liaising with prospective clients on a daily basis. Requirements You’ll need to be a bit tech savvy, and strong English & Maths skills will be a strong advantage. Good organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time. Ability to prioritise your own workload. Strong communication skills. Experience working within a telephone-based Customer Service environment.
