If you were to join our team as a Trainee Junior Screen Printer, your responsibilities would be: Manage workflow using the daily printing schedule. Operate an MHM Auto Press. Set up jobs and ensure QC checks - registration, flash settings, squeegee speed, and pressure. Print with a variety of ink types, like water-based and plastisol. Use proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain automatic screen printing equipment. Verify size, colour type of product, and ink colours from the order. Follow up regularly to confirm the quality of the product being printed. Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout the production run. Ensure proper cleanliness and safety of equipment. Requirements: You are able to work effectively in an open warehouse. A clean, safe, and efficient workplace is important to you. You are organised and treat your equipment and tools with respect. Mechanical stuff excites you, especially if you get to troubleshoot it. You understand the printing and operation of automatic style machines.
